Access improvements on SH1 at Rolleston, in New Zealand's fastest-growing district: about 7km of works centred on a flyover linking the township to its industrial area, removal of the Hoskyns Rd and Rolleston Drive North signals, a new SH1/Dunns Crossing Rd/Walkers Rd roundabout, a southbound service lane and Weedons Rd interchange improvements. Distinct from the Southern Motorway extension reaching Rolleston. Announced at $125m, now estimated $180-200m with contingencies, in two stages to late 2028.
